About this Project
In the spring of 2018, M.J. Cataldo, Inc. began site clearing for the new independent living building at Brookhaven.
This included:
- Site clearing & tree removal
- 10,000 cubic yards of blasting ledge
- Relocation of existing utilities
- Excavation for foundations
- Installation of new water and sewer lines
- 12,000 sq feet of Redi-Rock retaining walls
- Installation of culvert connecting new building to existing facility
