About this Project
In the winter of 2015 M.J. Cataldo, Inc. began work on Park Manor South & Central.
This work included:
- Demolition
- Interior excavation to lower basement slab
- Drainage, water, and sewer
- Construction of a quad with concrete ADA walkways, granite steps, and stone veneer
- Plantings and irrigation
