M.J. Cataldo, Inc. was contracted with the site development and landscaping for Middlesex’s new Bancroft Courtyard, the Bass Pavilion for the Arts, and the Danoff Visual Arts Center.

About this Project
In the summer of 2017 M.J. Cataldo, Inc. began work demolishing the courtyard in front of the existing theater building. A dewatering system was put in place in order to excavate for new foundations while working around the existing Theater Structure. Our work also included the installation of water, sewer, and drainage lines.
M.J. Cataldo, Inc. also reworked the courtyard with asphalt walkways, granite steps, granite seat walls, paver courtyard, plantings and irrigation.
